Refund & Returns Policy – Tonsor Pawber Lounge™

We stand behind the quality of our products.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Due to the nature of pet toys, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of chewing, washing, damage, or wear caused by pets.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will gladly replace it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
